CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Document A, for the provision of annual single-session mental health training to Duluth police department employees at an annual cost not to exceed $27,600.00, payable from fund number 605-036-1651-5319 (Self Insurance - Insurance Accounts, Insurance Accounts, Insurance - General City - Other Professional Services).
Statement of Purpose
This resolution authorizes the execution of a professional services agreement with the Duluth Calibrate, LLC, d/b/a Northland Psychological Services, to provide annual single-session mental health training to Duluth Police Department employees. The trainings are intended as education for preventive care, to build resiliency and to promote self-care. This is a four-year contract and the annual fees are capped at $27,600.
