RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSES TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Bluebird Foundation, Inc. (Festival by the Lake) for July 13, 2024, at 350 Harbor Drive;
Lake Superior Warriors (Ragnar Relay Race) for August 10, 2024, at 15 South 13th Avenue East;
Duluth Superior Pride (Duluth Superior Pride) for August 31, 2024, at 350 Harbor Drive;
Minnesota Cider Guild (Cider & BBQ) for August 17, 2024, at 2515 West Superior Street;
Arrowhead Zoological Society (Lake Superior Zoo’s Zoolapalooza) for July 30, 2024, at 7210 Fremont Street;
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: These applications for temporary on-sale liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their June 5 meeting.
