RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT TO THE LAKE SUPERIOR STEELHEAD ASSOCIATION

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth City Council approves of the Minnesota gambling control board issuing a premises permit to the following organizations.
Licensee Gambling Sites
Lake Superior Steelhead Association Buffalo Wild Wings
1307 Miller Trunk Highway
Duluth, MN 55811
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Minnesota gambling control board immediately after its passage.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of the Lake Superior Steelhead Association was reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling, and Tobacco Commission at their August 7, 2024 meeting, subject to all departmental approvals and the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.
