RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY EXPANSION OF THE DESIGNATED SERVING AREAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES OF VARIOUS LICENSEES

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on-sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
MBMH (The Social House) at 355 South Lake Avenue for June 22, 2024;
Lemon’s Reef, Inc (Reef Bar) at 2002 London Road for June 22, 2024;
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary expansions of the designated serving areas associated with various on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling & Tobacco Commission at their meeting on May 1, 2024, subject to departmental approvals.
