Body

CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as exhibit A, levied to defray the assessable portion of the following is hereby confirmed:

The total assessable amount of this project (Contracts 2014018, 2015009, 2015003, 2015011, 2015002, 2015010, 2015005, 2015001, 2015004, 2015012 - Fund 440) is $445,137.14.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 16-0145R is hereby rescinded.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution confirms the assessable portion of the above-related projects at a rate of $18.14 per front foot due to actual project costs being lower than the estimated amount of $21.25 per front foot in the ordering in resolution # 15-0236R passed on April 27, 2015.

This resolution also rescinds the previously adopted resolution No. 16-0145R confirming an assessment roll containing three properties that were not a part of this project and an incorrect cost per foot, and that was confirmed without the public hearing required in the City Charter.
