CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute annual renewals to an agreement, bearing city contract number 23110, with Granicus, Inc. for software and managed services for an annual estimated amount of $55,000, payable from fund 110-110-1101-5414 (general, legislative & executive, city council, other professional services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes city staff to execute annual renewals in accordance with city contract number 23110 for software and managed services for the Granicus suite of legislative, meeting, boards and commissions and closed captioning software for an annual estimated amount of $55,000. The Granicus software is used for various records and management services for boards, commissions and city council activities.
