CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement with MSA Professional Services, Inc. for the Woodland West Reservoir Rehabilitation Project the in the amount of $96,400, payable out of Water Infrastructure Surcharge fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2319.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes City officials to enter into a professional services agreement for the Woodland West Reservoir Rehabilitation Project with MSA Professional Services, Inc., in the amount of $96,400. MSA was selected based on capability to complete the work with urgent timing. The construction will use budgeted capital funds payable from Water Infrastructure Surcharge fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2319.
