CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of partial ownership of the following liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Warrior Brewing Company, LLC at 2711 West Superior Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Warrior Brewing Company, LLC, to transfer partial ownership of the on-sale brewery taproom and off-sale brewery licenses held by Warrior Brewing Company, LLC was reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their February 5, 2025, meeting.
