CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues off sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license renewals for the period beginning May1, 2016 and ending April 30, 2017, subject to departmental approvals and the payment of sales and property taxes, as provided for in the Duluth City Code, to the applicants listed on Attachment A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution establishes the Duluth City Council’s decision to approve the off sale 3.2 percent off sale malt liquor license renewals for the period beginning May 1, 2016 and ending April 30, 2017. The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this matter on April 6, 2016 and recommends the City Council approve the renewals.
