CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement, substantially in the form of that attached, with Zeitgeist Center for the Arts and Community (“Zeitgeist”) and Minnesota resident Moira Villiard (“Artist”) ( for the long term maintenance and care of the Chief Buffalo Memorial Mural (“Mural”).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with Zeitgeist and Moira Villiard for the long-term care for Chief Buffalo Mural located in Gichi-Ode’ Akiing. Zeitgeist and artist Moira Villiard agree to partner with the city and to provide guidance and stewardship in the maintenance of the Mural.
