RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO HARRISON LAND CO, LLC

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the issuance of the following liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Harrison Land Co, LLC (The Cotton Mansion) at 2309 East 1st Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Harrison Land Co., LLC for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed by the Duluth police department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their April 3, 2024, meeting, subject to all departmental approvals and further subject to the liquor commissioner.
