Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement L30019 with TKDA for additional engineering services needed for 2018 construction of Phase I of the Grand Avenue Nordic Center project. Additional services include engineering and construction observation for trail construction, storm water controls, water lines, electrical work, and snowmaking hydrants.
