RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR 114 WEST 1ST STREET FOR ABATEMENT OF HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an assessment agreement with TSG Corporation, LLC, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, for abatement of hazardous conditions at 114 West 1st Street.

 

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the City to enter into an agreement with TSG Corporation, the owner of 114 West 1st Street, for the abatement of hazardous conditions on the property. The City Building Official has ordered the property owner to abate the hazardous conditions on the south and southwest exterior wall of the building. The property owner has not abated the hazardous condition but has agreed that the City may proceed with abatement. The costs of the abatement will be assessed to the property owner.
