CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a parking license agreement, substantially in the form of the attached Document A, with the Regents of the University of Minnesota, to allow the city of Duluth to use a parking lot located on west Elizabeth Street for the city’s snow emergency community parking lot pilot program at no cost to the city of Duluth.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a parking license agreement with the Regents of the University of Minnesota to allow the city of Duluth to use a parking lot located on the UMD campus on west Elizabeth Street for the city’s snow emergency community parking lot pilot program at no cost to the city of Duluth.
