CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to amend agreement L31230 with Northland Consulting Engineers L.L.P. for engineering services for design of project 2324 Lead Service Line Replacement - Endion and to increase the contract amount by $17,680.00 to $327,100.00 payable through the Water Utility Fund 510, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue); UtilB-2324, and reimbursable through Minnesota Public Facilities Authority.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L31230 with Northland Consulting Engineers L.L.P. by the amount of $17,680.00. This amendment is necessary to continue design of this lead water service replacement project and split the plan set into two separate plans to match the amount of available funding.
