CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a first amendment to the professional services agreement (city contract no. 24482) with Madden Galanter Hansen, LLP, substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, increasing the contract amount by $50,000 for a total amount not to exceed $90,000 payable from fund no. 110-700-1407-5304.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize a first amendment to the professional services agreement with Madden Galanter Hansen, LLP, to increase the “not to exceed” amount by $50,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $90,000. Madden Galanter Hansen, LLP, is a law firm retained by the city to provide legal services relating to a city unemployment matter.
