CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a three-year hold harmless agreement with the St. Cloud University, Minnesota Highway Safety & Research Center (MHSRC), substantially in the form attached hereto as Document A, for the use of MHSRC’S advanced driving skills program by Duluth Police Department sworn officers.
Statement of Purpose
This resolution authorizes the execution of a professional services agreement with the University of St. Cloud, Minnesota Highway Safety & Research Center (MHSRC), for the use of the MHSRC’s advanced driving skills program by Duluth Police Officers. The MHSRC provides advanced skills driving programs that are required by the Minnesota Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training.
