CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute the first amendment, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, to the Lease and Operation Agreement (City contract No. 22013) with the Duluth Friends of Tennis, Inc., for the continued operation and use of the Longview Tennis Courts through December 31, 2024, at no cost to the City.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the First Amendment to the Lease and Operation Agreement (City contract No. 22013) with the Duluth Friends of Tennis, Inc. (DFoT) for the continued operation and use of the Longview Tennis Courts, at no cost to the City. The amendment extends the term of the agreement to expire on December 31, 2024.
