CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Northland Constructors for the Lift Station 3, 27, and 40 Improvements Project in the amount of $1,149,200.00, payable out of Sanitary Fund 530, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2271.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes City officials to enter into a contract for the Lift Station 3, 27, and 40 Improvements Project with Northland Constructors in the amount of $1,149,200.00. Northland Constructors was the only responsive bidder. The construction will use budgeted capital funds payable from Sanitary fund 530, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2271.
