CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to purchase personal computers and accessories from Insight Public Sector, Inc. in accordance with the City’s four-year computer replacement plan in the total amount of $230,661.15 payable as follows:

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the purchase of personal computers and accessories from Insight Public Sector, Inc., in accordance with the City’s four-year replacement plan, in the total amount of $230,661.15. This annual purchase will cover scheduled computer replacements for various City departments.
Insight Public Sector, Inc. is a Minnesota state contract vendor that offers very competitive pricing and this purchase is through Contract 160328, Release C-1046(5).
