CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1, from St. Mary’s Duluth Clinic Health System, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, a perpetual easement for the connection of a pedestrian passageway bridge, located on the real property legally described on Exhibit A to the attached Exhibit 1, at no cost to the City.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the acceptance of a permanent easement for the connection of a pedestrian passageway bridge (“Skywalk”) connecting the Medical District Parking Ramp owned by the City of Duluth and the new Vision Northland hospital owned by St. Mary’s Duluth Clinic Health System. This Skywalk replaces a previously existing skywalk in the same location.
