CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute a software license agreement with N. Harris Computer Corporation substantially the same as the attached Document A, for a period of one year for the total amount of $2,427.60, payable from fund number 110-160-1610-5414 (General, Police, Administration and Investigation, Software Licenses and Maintenance Agreements).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the execution of a software service agreement with N. Harris Computer Corporation for a period of one year at a total cost of $2,427.60. This is an annual renewal for the i2 software program that the Duluth Police Department crime and intel analysts use to link charts, create timelines and other case related products.
