CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to amend agreement L30986 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services to assess and evaluate sites for solar photovoltaic and storge projects as detailed in the attached proposal as Exhibit A, and to increase the amount by $13,827.00 for a new total amount not to exceed $194,301.00, payable from fund 257-025-3001-5310 (energy management, Sustainability, RACER, contract services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends a grant-funded contract with LHB to allow additional solar energy installation engineering services and an associated contract increase of $13,827. The services provided under this agreement are funded through a US Department of Energy RACER grant awarded to the City to pay for design of potential solar energy installations at five City-owned sites. There is no City financial contribution to the project.
