CITY PROPOSAL:
Section 1: That ordinance 10908 be repealed.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its passage and publication.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this ordinance is to repeal ordinance 10908 which dedicated certain real property located on both sides of Vermilion Road near Downer Park in Morley Heights/Parkview neighborhood as park property. The legal description of the property in ordinance 10908 needs to be corrected; therefore, this ordinance is repealed.
