RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Duluth Cross Country Ski Club (Haunted Paddle Party 2023) for 1912 West Michigan Street on October 27, 2023
Chester Bowl Improvement Club (Skis, Suds, & Slices) for 2920 West Michigan Street on November 10, 2023
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary on-sale liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their October 4 meeting.
