CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with MSA Professional Services, Inc. for engineering services for the 2024 street preservation project, for an amount not to exceed $369,741.70, payable from 440-038-5530, SIP2024-2090 (street improvement program, special assessment contracts, improvements other than buildings; 2024 street improvement projects, preliminary engineering geotechnical testing services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for design and bidding services for the 2024 street preservation project for an amount not to exceed $369,741.70.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project on September 8, 2023, and received three proposals as listed below. After evaluation and scoring, MSA Professional Services, Inc. has been recommended for award of this project.
