CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to amend agreement L31184 with TruePani, Inc. for filter pitcher and test kit services for associated with lead water service replacement projects and to increase the contract amount by $220,116.00 for a new total of $511,016.00 payable through the Water Utility Fund 510-500-190-5219, Other Miscellaneous Supplies; and reimbursable through Minnesota Public Facilities Authority. City project number 2303.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L31184 with TruePani, Inc. by the amount of $220,116.00. This amendment is necessary to provide post-replacement filter pitchers and test kits for 2026 lead service line replacement projects. Providing post-replacement filter pitchers and test kits is a requirement of lead replacement project funding and is in the best interest of public health.
