BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale combination wine & beer licenses for the period ending August 31, 2025, subject to departmental approvals and further subject to approval by the Liquor Control Commissioner:

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed this application at their September 4, 2024 meeting and recommended approving the application, subject to departmental approvals.
