CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the Duluth Economic Development Authority (“DEDA”) Operating Fund (860), Debt Service Fund (861), and Capital Projects Fund (865) budgets for the year 2026 attached in Exhibit A are hereby approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution adopts the various DEDA budgets for fiscal year 2026. The DEDA Board of Commissioners adopted the DEDA budgets at its November 19, 2025 meeting.
