RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO ALTITUDE OF DULUTH, LLC

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Altitude of Duluth, LLC (Altitude of Duluth) at 2631 West Superior Street
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Altitude of Duluth, LLC. for an on-sale intoxicating liquor license was reviewed by the Duluth police department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their meeting on October 4, 2023.
