CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with LHB, Inc. substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A, to provide professional engineering design services for the Duluth Heights Stormwater Study, and Eklund Ave Reconstruction in the amount of $140,090. Payable out of fund 440-038-5530, SIP2025-2091 (street improvement program, Special Assessment Contracts, improvements other than buildings, 2025 street improvement projects, Eklund Ave Reconstruction), City Project no. 2091.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering design services for the Duluth Heights Stormwater Study and Eklund Ave Reconstruction project. This project consists of preliminary engineering design to evaluate roadway corridor alternatives and stormwater management options.
