CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the following applications submitted to the City Clerk’s office and approved by the Alcohol, Gambling, and Tobacco Commission on June 3, 2026, and the special Alcohol, Gambling, and Tobacco Commission meeting on June 10, 2026, are hereby approved.

Duluth Superior Pride - Temp. On Sale Liquor - 350 Harbor Dr. (Contingent on working with DPD to create a properly secured barrier for serving space)

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This Resolution approves one new On Sale Wine & Beer License, four Temporary On Sale Liquor Licenses, two Permanent Expansion applications.
