CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with ULLAND BROTHERS, INC. for the 2023 Street Preservation Project, City Project Number 2016, in the amount of $3,455,243.00. The working fund for this project is Street Improvement Fund 440, Department/Agency 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 2016.  The funding source for this project will be Street Improvement Sales Tax Fund 291.

 

                                          

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution will authorize the 2023 Street Preservation project by ULLAND BROTHERS, INC. in the amount of $$3,455,243.00. ULLAND BROTHERS, INC. was the lowest responsible bidder of the three companies that responded.  The engineer’s estimate was $3,485,127.60.  Payable from Street Improvement Fund 440, Department 038 (Special Assessment Contracts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City Project No. 2016, requisition no. 22-99392.
