CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with LHB, Inc. attached in the form of exhibit A, to provide professional engineering design services for the Hillside Culvert Repairs project in the amount of $71,293, payable out of Stormwater Utility Fund 535, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital Division), Object 5533 (Capital Account), City project no. 2217.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering design services for the Hillside Culvert Repairs project. Direct selection of consultant based on LHB's knowledge and ability to complete the design to meet the City's schedule based on LHB's prior completion of the Hillside Tunnel inspection project. This project consists of final engineering design to repairs for critical stormwater and tunnel condition issues Buckingham, Coffee, and Brewery Creeks.
