CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to accept a grant, substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A, and to execute a grant agreement for said grant with the State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, through the State Fire Marshal Division, in the amount of $9,500.00 said funds to be deposited as follows for the purpose of reimbursing the City for the cost of purchasing HazMat training: 210-030-3193-4210-02. (special projects, finance, cold zone grant, pass-thru federal grants operating).

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize accepting a grant and executing a grant agreement for $9,500.00 for the purpose of reimbursing the City for the cost of purchasing HazMat training.
