RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSES TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:

DSAETC (PBS North’s 60^th Birthday Bash) for September 14, 2024, at Chester Park, 1800 East Skyline Parkway;

Lester River Rendezvous for September 28, 2024, at Lester Park, 61^st Avenue East & Superior Street;

Trinity Lodge No. 282 (Trinity Table Lodge) for September 21 at 2118 West 1^st Street.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  These applications for temporary on-sale liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their August 7 meeting.
