RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO VARIOUS LICENSEES.

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following temporary liquor licenses, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Blacklist Brewing Co (Blacklist Brewing - Private Event) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for
Welch Center Inc. (Valley Youth Center - Off the Street, Street Dance) - Application for a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for 5808 Grand Avenue on August 5, 2023.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth police department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their June 7 meeting.
