CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor licenses, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
Duluth Cider, LLC, 2307 West Superior Street for September 30, 2023.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: These applications for the temporary expansion of on sale intoxicating liquor licenses have been reviewed by the police department and the Alcohol, Gambling & Tobacco Commission who are forwarding this application to the council for approval, subject to departmental approvals.
