CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC for the purchase of gas meters in the amount of $115,618.50, payable from fund 520-500-1940-2410-5227 (gas, Public Works and Utilities, customer services, service, utility systems mtc supplies).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the sole source purchase of 16 large Dresser gas meters, MeterWare software, communications package and repair assemblies from Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC in the amount of $115,618.50 plus shipping.
Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC is the authorized supplier of Dresser Measurement Products, which are the large meters compatible with the City’s gas system infrastructure.
