CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to execute an agreement with Bolton and Menk Inc., for engineering services for the 2026 BMP Inspection and Modernization, Project No. 2357 for an amount not to exceed $66,499.00, payable from 535-500-1930-2330-5310 (Storm Fund Contract Services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for inspection of stormwater treatment basins. The project will assess the need to perform maintenance on 11 stormwater basins and study potential modernization of the basins to improve stormwater treatment and reduce future maintenance requirements and cost.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project on November 19, 2025, and received six proposals. After evaluation and scoring, Bolton and Menk Inc. is recommended for the award of this project.
