CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to execute an agreement with LHB, Inc., for engineering services for the Hillside Culvert Repair - Phase 3 Project, Project No. 2217, for an amount not to exceed $166,382.50, payable from 535-500-1903-5533 (final design, construction documents, and bidding and construction administration services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for final design, bidding services, and construction administration for the Hillside Culvert Repair, Phase 3 Project, Project No. 2217, for an amount not to exceed $166,382.50.
LHB, Inc. had previously completed the Hillside Creek Tunnel Condition Inspection (Project No. 2124) that included storm tunnel inspections and condition documentation, therefore LHB, Inc. is most qualified to prepare specific construction plans for storm tunnel rehabilitation.
