CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement, substantially in the form of that attached as Exhibit A, with The Segal Group, Inc. for professional services for a job classification and total compensation study, for an amount not to exceed $235,000, payable from 110-700-1431-5310 (general fund, transfers and other functions, benefits/admin citywide HR, contract services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for a job classification and total compensation study for an amount not to exceed $235,000.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project, and received eleven proposals as listed in Exhibit B. After evaluation and scoring, The Segal Group, Inc. has been recommended for award of this project.
