CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into an enterprise agreement with Microsoft through its reseller SHI for an annual amount of $494,870.60 and a total amount of $1,484,611.80, payable from fund 110-124-1107-5414 (general, Technology & Information Svcs, information technology, software licenses and maintenance agreements).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the City to enter into a three-year enterprise agreement with Microsoft via its reseller, SHI for enterprise-wide software licensing and maintenance in the amount of $494,870.60 annually for a total amount of $1,484,611.80.
This agreement covers the maintenance of all Microsoft licenses used by all departments. This agreement is through the State OMNIA cooperative contract.
