CITY PROPOSAL: BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday liquor license for the period beginning September 1st, 2016 ending August 31, 2017, respectively, subject to departmental approvals, without further restrictions:

CP Duluth, Inc. with S Corp, Russ Smith 27.5%, Kim Bailey, 17.5%, Jinell Abernethy 17.5%, Dan Goseline 12.5%, Jeff Amraen 12.5%, and Josh & Nicole Widdes 12.5% owners as provided in attachment A.

 

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of CP Duluth, Inc. (Crooked Pint Ale House) for an on sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their February 1, 2017 meeting and is recommending approval.
