CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Ulland Brothers, Inc, for the East Superior Street Mill and Overlay from 45th Ave. East to 33rd Ave. East in the amount of $646,375.00, payable out of the Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department/Agency 035 (Capital Projects Account), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1995.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the award of a contract for the East Superior Street Mill and Overlay project from 45th Ave. East to 33rd Ave. East to Ulland Brothers, Inc, in the amount of $646,375.00. The project will be paid for with Sales Tax Fund and Utility Fund 510. Ulland Brothers, Inc, was the lowest responsible bidder of the three companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate for the project was $659,348. Payable out of the Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department/Agency 035 (Capital Projects Account), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), city project no. 1995.
