RESOLVED, by the Duluth Economic Development Authority ("DEDA") that DEDA Resolution 24D-24 is hereby modified to authorize a Lease Agreement substantially in the form of that attached hereto, with Little Red Popcorn Wagon, LLC for the lease of space in the Lighthouse Lot in Canal Park for the operation of Lessee’s vending business for rental of 10% of gross sales, payable to Fund 866, requiring insurance pursuant to Duluth City Code Chapter 27, Article III.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to amend DEDA Resolution 24D-24 to authorize the execution of a lease for the continued operation of the Red Wagon Popcorn business in the Lighthouse Lot in Canal Park amending the insurance requirements consistent with Duluth City Code for Mobile Food Carts and Mobile Food Vehicles.
