RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUING A TEMPORARY ON SALE 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSE TO THE AAD SHRINERS (KIA DRAG RACES AND CAR SHOW),  435 GARFIELD AVENUE.

CITY PROPOSAL

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues the following temporary on sale 3.2 malt liquor license, subject to departmental approvals without any further restrictions:

                     AAD Shriners, (Kia Drag Races and Car Show). 435 Garfield Avenue, for September 10-11, 2016. With Ryan Kern, manager as provided in attachment A.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:   The application of the AAD Shriners for a temporary on sale 3.2 percent malt liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their March 2nd meeting and  is recommending approval.
