CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with NEOO Partners Inc. for professional community engagement services related to renovation of the main library as identified in the attached Exhibit A for a total amount not to exceed $45,335.00, payable from fund 450-030-5520-CP450-24BOND-MNLBRY (capital improvements, finance, buildings and structures, capital projects - other fund contributions, MN state bonds 2024, library bonding project).

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with NEOO Partners Inc. for professional community engagement services related to renovation of the main library for an amount not to exceed $45,335.00.

 

Professional community engagement services are needed to organize and lead public outreach efforts related to renovation of the main library. The consultants will work with project staff, stakeholders, and the design team to manage public workshops and informational events, and assist with identifying potential features, uses and functions within the facility that will enable the renovated library and co-located Workforce Development Center to better support a broad range of social and professional services for all users and demographics.

 

Purchasing issued a Request for Proposals on Monday, December 19th, 2022 and received three proposals as listed below.  All three proposers were interviewed and NEOO Partners Inc. was selected for award.
