RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY EXPANSION OF THE DESIGNATED SERVING AREAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSES OF VARIOUS LICENSEES

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the temporary expansion of the designated serving area of the following on-sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals, with any specific restrictions:
Arrowstar Hospitality Partners, LLC (Duluth Grill) at 118 South 27th Avenue West for September 19, 2024
Duluth Cider, LLC (Duluth Cider) at 2307 West Superior Street for October 12, 2024
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The applications for temporary expansions of the designated serving areas associated with various on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses were reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and were recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling & Tobacco Commission at their meeting on September 4, 2024, subject to departmental approvals.
