CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues the following off sale 3.2 percent malt liquor licenses for the period ending April 30, 2018, subject to departmental approvals, and the payment of sales and property taxes:
Holiday Stationstores, LLC 200 Boundary Avenue South, 5430 grand Avenue, and 2605 London Road.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The off sale 3.2 malt liquor license applications of Holiday Stationstores was reviewed and approved by the police department. The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application and is recommending approval.
